  1. Click on the ‘Home” button to get an overview of the pending/synced transactions that are downloaded straight from your PayPal account

  2. Not Synced’ tab displays downloaded transactions that are not yet synced with your QuickBooks. To sync with QuickBooks, select the transactions that need to be synced and hit “Sync to QuickBooks” button.

  3. If you do not want a particular transaction synced, push ‘ignore’ button, to move it to the ignored category.

  4. ‘Synced’ tab displays transactions that are synced with your QuickBooks.

  5. Click on the ‘details link’ to see the in-depth information about the transactions and lists created in QuickBooks.

  6. You can always rollback the sync with the “Undo” button which will delete the transaction in QuickBooks and place the transaction back into the ‘not synced’ category.

  7. The ‘Error tab’, this tab displays transactions that haven’t synced for some reason. Click the ‘details’ link to know the reasons & suggestions to resolve it.
