Help Yourself • Material things (expensive car and home) • Viewed by others as important • Help Others • Help to see the glass as half full • Share gentle wisdom • Love each other or die • Be Patient • Live out and experience all of your emotions • Be fully present • Be compassionate and take responsibility for each other

  3. TEACHINGS • In order to live you must love • Experience allows for detachment • Learn to accept death so that you may live • When you sleep you die; but to wake is to live
