  2. Location • Newfoundland is located in Canada • Located by: Labrador, Gulf St. Lawrence, Atlantic Ocean

  3. Place • Lots of wildlife: whales, seabirds, and icebergs, puffin birds, Bald Eagles • You can kayak • Lots of National Parks • St. Johns is the capital • Live music

  4. Region • Smaller than California but just a little bit bigger than Japan and twice the size of the UK • Most oldest and diverse fossils and remains of multicelluar life • Youngest Canadian province “1949”

  5. Movement • People move by boat, car, walk, bike, train • Products move by boat, railways, and car

  6. Human Environment Interaction • Raise money to save National Parks • Lots of land protected • People biking to stop Global Warming • People are changing the ways of living by riding bikes, banning plastic shopping bags, no snow mobiles allowed at parks
