  2. Definition • The agriculture, food, and resources career cluster prepares learners for careers in the planning, implementation, production, management, processing and/or marketing of agriculture commodities and services.

  3. Programs of study • Agribusinesses systems • Animal systems • Environment service systems • Food, products, and processing, systems • Plant systems • Power, structural, and technical systems • Natural resource system

  4. 1st Cool Job • Animal Trainer- You train animals to do tricks and correct behavior.

  5. 2nd cool job! • Food Scientist- A person who creates new food, decides which packaging is best for the food, and decides how long the shelf-life is for the food.

  6. 3rd cool job! • Gardener- the practice of growing plants.

  7. Fast growing careers! • 1.Environmental Engineer- 40.0% • 2.Environmental Engineering Technician- 26.1% • 3.Forest and Conservation Worker- 25.0% • 4.Water and Liquid Waste Treatment- 22.6% • 5.Nonfarm Animal Caretaker- 22.4%
