The CURAC Survey 2012-13: Insights on Part-time Personnel Support and Benefits

The CURAC Survey 2012-13, conducted by C. Douglas Creelman at the University of Toronto, highlights the state of part-time personnel support in academic institutions. Key findings include official recognition and some financial support for part-time staff, access to meeting rooms, office equipment, and supplies. Notably, 79% of respondents reported availability of free parking. Additionally, participants expressed satisfaction with the support provided by their Faculty Association, particularly regarding dental benefits for part-time personnel.
