Reason for New Perspective • The funding, staffing and duties of Constitutional Officers has been widely studied. • However, the existing body of work pays scant attention to: • Activity audits; • Duplication of services between local offices and local and state functions; • Decision matrix development for ‘outside-the-box’ thinking on reform.
