History of École Nationale d'Aérotratique: Milestones from 1964 to 1993

The École Nationale d'Aérotratique (ÉNA) has a rich history that began in 1964 with the establishment of the Institut Aérotechnique du Québec. In 1968, it merged with Collège Édouard-Montpetit, leading to a significant move to new facilities in Saint-Hubert in 1972. By 1978, it adopted the official name École Nationale d'Aérotratique. The institution achieved its first accreditation by Transport Canada in 1981, and by 1993, it further solidified its position in aviation education with the creation of the Centre de formation aéronautique (CTA).
