  1. GLORY TO GOD Luke 2:9-14

  2. Glory to God – A Common Statement • Luke 2:32; John 17:5, 22; Acts 7:2; 12:23 (Isa. 42:8) • Eph. 1:6; 3:21; Phil. 4:20; • Of an uncommon God. One who sent Christ to die for us.

  3. We Are Glorified In Him • I Thess 2:20 • Heb. 2:10 • To give glory to Him – Rom. 11:33-36

  4. The Point of This • No man deserves ultimate glory. • Not apostles, preachers, elders, deacons, saints. • Glory only belongs to God. If man receives glory/respect, it is merely a reflection. And that short lived – I Peter 1:24 • Workers together with the Lord – 2 Cor. 6:1 • In all humility, let us work. For God’s glory.
