  2. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - Select “Enter/Edit Outbreak Report (s) Cases (s) Module

  3. Outbreak Reports NDRSi Select “Reporting UIC/RUC/DMIS” from dropdown menu

  4. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - Select what type of information you want to view from drop down menu

  5. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - Select “Enter New Outbreak Report”

  6. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - Complete areas pertaining to case

  7. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - After completing- click on “Submit” button

  8. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - Report Saved successfully

  9. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - Click on the “X” icon to exit out

  10. Outbreak Reports NDRSi - You will see the case you just created below
