Key Area II – Educator Preparation & Development • Discrepancies • Increases then decreases were due to change in staff and attitudes as well as normal fluctuations found in a survey. • Perhaps a small increase of staff development then a slight increase the following year. • Recommendations • Increased support and incentives for teachers to attend technology staff development. • Teachers required to meet 6 credits of technology staff development per semester.
