Enhancing Orthopaedic Training: Research and Outcome Measures for Registrars

The Orthopaedic Registrar Research Background focuses on improving surgical training through understanding epidemiology, outcome measures, and statistics. Led by experts Chris Hoffman and Haemish Crawford during the Tauranga Training Weekend 06, this initiative is part of the College of Surgeons' syllabus. Registrars will learn essential skills including study construction and academic writing to enhance their research capabilities and contribute to the NZOA's objectives in advancing orthopaedic practice.
