  2. Why do we sleep • There are lots of stages of sleep and some are more time than others • Don’t use anything that will keep you up at night and don’t take drinks to bed with you

  3. What happens if you don’t sleep • If you don’t get sleep you will get really tired the next day and then you start taking it out on people and that means you need to get more sleep by not taking any things to your room .

  4. WHAT YOU NEED FOR A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP • Don’t take anything to your room at night like I pods , I pads , food etc. • don’t time watch • Make your room dark • Don’t sleep with your light on at night and don’t watch TV late at night

  5. Ms v’s top tip • sleep can help you solve mantle challenges. If your trying to crack a trick level in a computer games or master a difficult homework task, you might find its easier to sleep on it

  6. What to do when you go to your bed • Watch your TV for a little while and then turn it off . • Take your clock down or take the batteries out so you can get to sleep. • Listen to relaxing music to help you got to sleep .
