    3. Philosophy Wyndham Hotels and Resorts is committed to sustainability. We are proud to offer quality cocktails and beverages and to give back to the environment. Our new cocktail menu contains a carefully selected list of spirits, beers, wines and cocktails, many of which are produced organically or using bio-dynamic or sustainable farming practices. This menu was crafted with the environment in mind using natural and recycled materials. The cover is made from 100% cotton fiber and is printed with vegetable based inks and finished with a water-based coating. The inside panel uses recycled chipboard and the menu pages were made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials that are FSC Certified, Green-e Certified and Carbon Neutral. The printing was done digitally using liquid toner that is free of any hazardous air pollutants. Our signature Wyndham organic cocktail is TRU Blue and for each signature cocktail sold, TRU Organic Spirits will plant a tree in the American rain forests.

    4. Have a drink Plant a Tree We have partnered with TRU Organic Spirits to create awareness about the environment As part of this partnership, TRU Organic Spirits will plant a tree in the American Rain Forest on Wyndham’s behalf for every organic cocktail sold. You do not need to keep track of the number of cocktails you sell. TRU Organic Spirits will calculate the potential number of cocktails sold based on the number of bottles of organic spirits consumed by the hotel. You and your F&B teams can help Wyndham and TRU Organic Spirits to help the environment. The certificate to the left is a sample of what each hotel will receive to showcase your contribution Thank you for your help
