An open door Bar • Open air Thatched Roof (palm leaves fire resistant) • Bar made in form of a catamaran, sail over it • Tables made of rustic trees • Surf boards, Beach Boys, Peter Paul Mary, and assorted 50’, 60’s music. • Open Patio with BBQ pit, hot dogs, burgers, tables about for people to sit and talk.

  5. Out Door bar • Out door bar large size with bar composed of an actual catamaran

  6. Open out door pit • Open Pit BBQ part of out door bar • Large cement, rock circular pit with area surrounding for seating evenings . In cold weather Heat directional Lamps • Also out door grill for Hot Dogs and burgers

  7. Pizza Hall & Stage • A Pizza hall with musical entertainment • Hootenanny Nite • Folk Music • Singing Trios • T Shirts, Mugs • Reception offers Retro candies for sale and video tapes of shows and programs

  8. A Viewing room • Place where people can gravitate and watch old movies being played. Beach Blanket Bingo, Shaggy Dog, Three Stooges, Wizard of Oz, Star trek, movies of the era. Batman shows, Ozzie & Harriett etc. • Popcorn machine, drinks from the bar • (Similar to Squadron 407 Bunker movie room)

  9. The Movie Set • The movie theater has sofas and tables • Drinks, popcorn and meals served. • Old 50’ & 60’s movies & TV Shows • Facility accessed via the Pizza local

The facility would have its own website The website would have a live cam online The cam would display on the website people enjoying themselves Facility would sell T Shirts,Mugs,Postcards Tapes of old TV shows and concerts Tapes and videos of artists of the era. Site would have links of interest to Baby Boomers Nostalgia
