  1. Livan Hernandez: With Javier Vazquez gone Livan is now the Expos number one starter and ace. He will be counted on to provide leadership for a young and inexperienced bullpen. For the Expos to succeed this year Livan has to have a big year. Rocky Biddle: Rocky Biddle is the club ’s closer. He is the man they give the ball to when the team is up by one or two runs in the late innings of the game.
