It happens to men as well and it is clearly something that we all need to be more vigilant of because there are companies out there who are just trying to make a profit. When men and women need to help themselves lose weight they need to adjust their attitude toward what foods they are currently eating. If you are someone who is starving yourself of foods to lose weight then know that you don't have to do this because you should be embracing everything that you eat, but what you do need to be doing is showing discipline so that you don't overeat.
