  3. Introduction: For a property investor, there are lots of investments opportunities are there in real estate field. Real estate investors can face someconsequences to find a right propertybased on its factors.

  4. Investing in Real estate: Real estate agents are all very sweet talking sales persons; they make people fall into the property by their glossy brochures. Agents are using some tricks to the people to sell the properties.

  5. Serviced Apartment’s profit: There is 5-6% rental profit preferable for high rise services apartments. It will make it worth people’s time and money or else people can hold the cash in the form of fixed deposit.

  6. Apartment expenses: The investor should pay the rent and maintenance fee for serviced apartments but in tenanting these expenses are not allowed. The investor should pay the rent, assessment fee and utility bills for serviced apartment which is on the commercial land.

  7. Competition between tenants: There is a new residential and commercial units are developed at a density that is higher than what is typically found in the existing community. This is to create competition between the tenants.
