Because only a good sleep can help you have a good memory, less stress, optimal blood pressure, improve productivity, as well as maintain weight and live longer.   3. you a comfort more than having a perfect night sleep on a comfortable bed. But only a bed can’t give you a comfort that is required for a tired body, mattress also plays an equivalent role. For this, it’s important to have the perfect mattress as well, which helps in coping with your daily stress.
