  1. Locations! Created by: JordynAungst, Claire Kennedy, Tessa Lindsey and Miranda Sheetz.

  2. CurwoodCastle Our group feels as if the Curwood Castle would be an excellent scene for “Taming of the Shrew.”. The Curwood Castle has the old time fairy tale castle look, like in the play that we watched in class. This castle is located on the east side of Owosso, Michigan with a small population of 15, 713. Curwood Castle also has the magnificent Shiawassee River, which makes this scene perfect to shoot “Taming of the Shrew.”

  3. Little Rock Central High School For another scene in “Taming of the Shrew”, we picked Little Rock Central High School. This school was shut down on September 3, 1957 due to the Arkansas National Guard. The Governor called the National Guard to “maintain and restore order”, the guards would not let the students enter the school. But now it is open to Little Rock high school students today. Our group believes that this would be a perfect spot for the casting crew to go to school. This high school is huge, and kind of looks like the school from “10 Things I Hate About You.”

  4. Royal Albert Hall The Royal Albert Hall is located in South Kensington London, United Kingdom. It was founded in 1894, which gives it a great look for our movie “Taming of the Shrew”, in which they are going to a concert, or where the prom could be held. It would be perfect for our play because each season the Royal Albert Hall holds over 70 concerts. This building adds class and elegance to our movie.
