  20. PBS Surveys Online surveys that monitor implementation progress, fidelity and sustainability. Three instruments are used: Team Checklist (TIC) Self-Assessment Survey (SAS) School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET)

  24. SWIS TheSchool-Wide Information System (SWIS) is a web-based progress monitoring software system for collecting and summarizing office discipline referrals in schools.

  28. Non SWIS Users Schools using their own student information systems are expected to prepare, use and submit the same data reports as those schools using SWIS. Discipline systems and procedures will be reviewed and revised during the first team training sessions.
