Lessons Learned • Limit number of papers per registration • One registration for each paper • Ensure a quality paper review process • Min 2 reviews, preferably 3 reviews • No student reviewers • Limit the number of papers for reviewer • Plagiarism checks • Advertise for conference attendees (i.e. non paper presenters)

  15. Recommendations • Make quality IEEE conferences available regionally • Makes conferences affordable • Helps grow local activities • Work with CEM to train conference organizers
