  4. What is the market? • “New Catholics” • House-poor • Suburbanites • Mainstream • Priorities

  5. Check assets: Curriculum Teachers Image Market niche History Decide strategy Steal from the pros Utilize media Utilize stakeholders Network A course of action

  6. Steal from the pro’s That’s in another program, but hang on….

  7. Utilize media • Use every medium at your disposal: • Print • Electronic • Website • E-mail • Surveys

  8. Involve Stakeholders • Who are these? • How have you cultivated them? • How have you led them? • How will you get more?

  9. Check out your current materials Are they current? Do they move you? Can they be improved? Changed? Look for cheaper ways to communicate Consider multiple uses for materials Make sure you have a friendly school Partner with other organizations Pick your tools and tactics:
