  5. Male head and body length is 26 – 28in. • Female head and body length is 24.5 – 26in. • The tail is 15.75in. • Males weigh 13 – 15lbs. • Females weigh 11 – 13lbs. Size

  6. Mate In Winter • Litter of 2 – 12 pups • Both parents care for young • Stay in same place all life • Leave on their own in fall Behavior
