Subsequent year memberships • If customer will renew the IHO health saver card in the subsequent years, he will get 50% concession on the next year membership fee • In case prospective customer wants to take 2 years membership at the time of booking he will still get 50% off on the next year fee • E.g. One year family health saver plan costs – Rs. 5,000 but he wants to directly book it for 2 years then he would need to pay Rs.7,500 for 2 years membership

  25. What if I need to enroll the 5th member in the IHO card If customer has more than 4 family members, and he/ she wants to enroll the 5th member then he/ she can just pay an additional Rs 1,250and enroll the fifth family member!

The IHO Health Card • Card Number : This space will have 16 digit unique number. • Name : This space will have the Name of the Card holder. • Valid Till : This space will hold the validity date of the card holders • Program : This space will consist of the program of the card holder Individual/Couple/Family

IHO Card Usage Process • Whenever a member needs a doctor, he/she should just do the following: • Call the IHO Helpline number for the city (as printed on IHO member card) • Based on the requirement & location, an IHO business executive will suggest appropriate doctors and fix up appointments also , giving all details required • Member has to just show the IHO Card to avail of benefits instantly • All IHO Health Saver members are sent an e-Card on their GPRS enabled Phones until they receive their IHO Health Saver Cards • Membership card & welcome pack are received by customer within 14 – 21 working days of enrollment
