  2. Chicken Curry • Chicken Curry is an Indian cuisine which is called chicken Karai in South Asia. • People who like to eat spices are fond of chicken curry since it is a spicy dish. • Chicken Curry is served all around the world today.

  3. Ingredients • ¼ cup Olive Oil • 2 teaspoon Garlic paste • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste • 2lb Chicken pieces • One medium sized onion • 2 lemons • Coriander leafs • 2 Tomatoes • ½ Cup of water • ¼ Cup yogurt

  4. Spices • Red chili power :½ teaspoon • Green chili : one • Turmeric power: ½ teaspoon • Cumin : one tablespoon • Cinnamon stick: ½ of stick of cinnamon • Cardamom seeds: 3 • Salt: 2 tablespoon

  5. Utensils • One pan • Knife • Wooden Spoon • Plate • Tap • Stove • Bowl

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CURRY • Take the pan, put it on stove and heat it with ¼ cup olive oil added to the pan. • Cut the onion into small pieces and add it to the heated oil. • Add the 2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste. • Let the onions, garlic and ginger paste fry and become brownish in color.

  7. HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CURRY • After the onions, garlic and ginger paste are brown add spices in it. • Red chili power :½ teaspoon • Turmeric power: ½ teaspoon • Cumin : one tablespoon • Cinnamon stick: ½ of stick of cinnamon • Cardamom seeds : 3 • Salt :2 tablespoons

  8. HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CURRY • Once spices are added, Add 2 lb chicken pieces. • Let it fry in oil for 20 minutes and constantly stir the chicken on high-medium heat. • Add the 2 tomatoes and squeeze the two lemons into the pan and add ½ cup water . • Let the chicken boil into the mixture.

  9. HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CURRY • Add the 2 tomatoes and squeeze the two lemons and one green chili into the pan and add ½ cup water . • Let the chicken boil into the mixture. • Add ¼ cup yogurt to the pan and let the mixture heat for 2 minutes

  10. HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CURRY • Take the chicken out of the pan and put it in a Bowl. Sprinkle coriander leaf on top of the chicken curry. • Serve and enjoy delicious chicken curry.
