  2. Born in 1984 in Taiwan Chen Pei Yi is an artist who paints cats with the style of Japanese paintings. She completed a master degree of Fine Arts, Donghai University and B.S degree at Department of Visual Arts Education, National Pingtung University. Her recent works of cats and carpets with amazing minute brushwork becomes very popular in Taiwan
