Methods of implementation • Whole school (with one clear focus)- Eg: improving standards of literacy across all subjects using ICT • Start with 2 or 3 departments only (areas of good practice) (EG: p.21 of NCSL guide- e-learning advocates/ICT Champions) ►Raise awareness of and build on the ICT that pupils are taught in ICT lessons ►Review whole school development plan for ICT across the school
