Why to organise a course for collaborating partners? especially in family owned businesses it is quite usual that most members of the family work for the business. women who come into the family by marriage will – in most cases – start working within the family business, too these women usually have a professional background that not necessarily fits into the business activities; often they have to gain the needed know-how learning-by doing

Target Group women working in family owned businesses of the Sector of Crafts and Skilled Trades as wives, partners, sisters, sisters in-law … of the business owner women working within the business administration being responsible for correspondence, accounting, dealing with tax consultants, staff etc. women 25 to 55 years of age.
