Robin Raff CEO/Founder, Chief Strategist Robin has an MBA in marketing and is a seasoned, innovative marketing professional with decades of experience who leads brand development, data-driven marketing strategy, creative development, and analytics.  She has held leadership positions at renowned advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather Direct, FCB Direct, G2 Direct & Digital, and Hill, Holliday, Connors Cosmopulos. She was VP, Client Services at Age Wave Impact where she delved deep into marketing products and services targeted to the 50+ segment. Robin began to focus on healthcare marketing in the late 1990’s, intrigued by the baby boomer segment’s longevity and the impact this would have on healthcare. She has worked on brands such as UnitedHealthcare, Essilor Lenses, Oticon Hearing, Blue Shield of California, CVS/Caremark, and AliveCor. She was Director, National Medicare Marketing at Kaiser Permanente from 2011 to 2016. Robin has extensive contacts across the healthcare and marketing industries, allowing her to draw upon a strong talent pool of resources for developing great work, staffing internal teams, and to effectively network for business development and partnerships with industry leaders. • "I've at times been fondly called "scrappy" in my approach because I will get it done - and I get it done effectively - regardless of timing or budget challenges." Luke Van MeterCo-Creative Director, Designer Luke is an art director with business acumen who has worked for companies across all industries including HP, MasterCard, Humana, Eddie Bauer, Ford Motor Company, Charles Schwab and Dell Computers to “name” a few. He developed a strong foundation in marketing to baby boomers and seniors as Creative Director at Age Wave Impact, founded by visionary Ken Dychtwald.  He brings both the strategic and design expertise needed to connect with and motivate the 50+ segment though relevant, engaging creative design. Luke has worked on a plethora of healthcare brands over the past two decades. He has also shaped the look and feel of startup companies to help them turn their products or services into a marketing reality. He has been designing emails, websites and interactive media since it became a medium that could be designed and manipulated to serve the marketing masses. Luke has worked across all channels – digital, print and TV.   25. Kate HodsonCo-Creative Director, Copywriter Kate has been a copywriter since she graduated from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and has never wanted to do anything else. Kate has worked across all industry sectors including financial services, retail, technology, healthcare, leisure, and fundraising for agencies and clients in the UK and the US. Most recently, she was employed as a Senior Copywriter in the in-house creative department of Charles Schwab. Prior to that role, Kate worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for a variety of agencies including Arc Worldwide, Brann San Francisco and as Co-Creative Director at Age Wave Impact. Kate works across all channels, having lovingly crafted websites, banner ads, social media articles, print ads, direct mail letters, emails, brochures, video scripts and even the odd non-fiction book or two, a prodigious output despite her self-confessed three-finger typing skills. Nerissa ReadSr. Director, Digital Strategy With over twenty years of marketing experience across multiple brand categories, Nerissa has deep experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare marketing. For over a decade she has been innovating and driving disruption in healthcare brands that include leading strategy at One Medical Group, on Kaiser Permanente’s Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy team, and at Age Wave Impact where she learned how to specifically motivate the 50+ segment. She sees digital platforms as ‘front doors’ to brands and builds digital, content and social strategies that attract, engage and acquire customers efficiently. But that isn’t enough for Nerissa. For her, thinking outside the category is critical. Companies driving innovation and increasing consumer expectations rise the tide for all boats and influence the strategy she develops. Denise GrahamSr. Director, Client Service • Denise Graham is a seasoned Marketing executive with an MBA and a specialty in healthcare marketing, in particular, Medicare. • Denise has worked with with numerous health plans that include Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Plus, Inter Valley, Aspire, Virginia Premier Health Plans, and LIBERTY Dental. • A particular highlight of Denise’s career includes her role as a co-leader in the development of the brand strategy that resulted in Kaiser Permanente’s highly acclaimed Thrive advertising campaign. As Director of Kaiser’s National Medicare Marketing Communications team she consistently delivered strategically sound, flawless work against a zero-error tolerance policy. • Leader in the development of numerous omni-channel campaigns, for various products and services, resulting in measurable increases in leads and reduced CPLs, saving over $2M. • Denise recently presented at the 2018 Medicare Marketing Innovations conference and is also a member of the Marketing Science Institute and the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. Helen AngeldonesSr. Director, Data Strategy & Analytics • Helen is a seasoned analytics strategist with 15+ years of a solid track record advising and consulting in the finance, retail, e-commerce, software, healthcare, and life sciences industries. • She has led data & strategy groups for Fortune 500 companies including UnitedHealth Group, Oracle and PayPal. She led the Medicare marketing data strategy & analytics team at Kaiser Permanente overseeing the budget allocation, strategy and analysis of all marketing efforts across 8 regions nationally. • With deep knowledge in building closed loop analytics infrastructure from the ground up, and managing teams of analysts to deliver data strategy and growth recommendations, Helen is known to bring innovative thinking to approaching and solving business problems. • Most recently, she successfully led a digital analytics project to help a global retailer identify critical opportunities for growing online traffic and revenue by applying the customer journey mapping framework to dashboard design and development. • She has also instrumentally driven the budget allocation and target forecasting for $20M+ acquisition and retention campaigns for a healthcare organization’s direct marketing program, using data-driven multi-touch attribution modeling.
