  2. LOE HEPÁTICA EN NIÑO DE 5 MESES -Lactante de 5 meses de edad -Producto de gestación controlada, con parto a termino sin complicaciones -Masa hepática en lóbulo derecho de 6x5x4 cm. -Elevación en suero de alfa-fetoproteína

  3. Estudios por imágenes

  4. Primera biopsia:

  5. BIOPSIA DIAGNOSTICA

  6. Diagnóstico: HEPATOBLASTOMA EPITELIAL PURO FETAL

  7. TRATAMIENTO: QUIMIOTERAPIA CON CISPLATINO.

  8. Segunda biopsia: Intención de confirmar la presencia de extensión nodular del tumor. Muestra periférica.

  9. Se decide realización de transplante hepático

  10. Tirosinemia hereditaria tipo I

  11. TIROSINEMIA

  12. TIROSINEMIA Cirrosis macro-micro nodular Variedad de aspecto de nódulos cirróticos -Nódulos displásicos: -de celulas grandes -de células pequeñas -Nódulos atípicos -Nódulos “hepatoblastoma-like” Zerbini C. et al . Am. J. Pathol 1992, 140 (5) :1111-1119

  13. El diagnóstico diferencial: -Hepatoblastoma epitelial puro fetal. -Carcinoma de células hepáticas. -Nódulos cirróticos por tirosinemia.

  14. Además de presentar atípia, estos nódulos pueden ser positivos para la tinción con alfafetoproteína
