Transparency and professionalism • Social Rehabilitation • Arrange at least 3 free beds at every licensed centre • Equipment for emergency management • Support for Forceful- involuntary treatment • No expectation ( someone wrote) • Monitoring Visit by DNC Technical Experts . At least once in a year. Occasional visit by other officials and experts on need basis
