Función Particularidades Inhibe varias enzimas, como trombina, plasmina, tripsina, etc. α2 macroglobulina Actúa por impedimento estérico Inhibe IIa, IXa, Xa, XIa, calicreína y plasmina Su potencia aumenta 1000 veces con heparina Antitrombina III Se sintetiza en el endotelio. Hay depósitos endoteliales, de donde se libera al plasma en presencia de heparina. Se une al Xa y, juntos, se unen al VIIa-factor tisular (IVFT-Xa-VIIa-FT) Inhibidor de la vía del factor tisular (IVFT) Es K dependiente, requiere Ca++, fosfolípidos, trombina, trombomodulina (receptor) para su activación Inactiva IIa, Va y, junto con V, VIIIa, aumenta la fibrinólisis Proteína C Proteína S Cofactor de la proteína C Es K dependiente Inhibidores de la coagulación
