SafeOrganic :

This project aims to investigate the potential for lower levels of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in organic pigs by restricting the use of antibiotics. The study will also explore the correlation between observed antibiotic resistance and consumption of antibiotics, as well as the level of antibiotic-resistant cross-contamination at slaughter.
