  2. Everyone talks about stress today. Even a kid mentions stress when he discusses studies and exams. No need to feel stressed all the time - no matter what level of competition you are facing or what kind of rush you are undergoing. Sharing some simple steps to not to feel stressed -

  3. Step 1 - Know what you want, when and why you want it & where you want to reach - Do self-analysis - Most of the times stress is because we don’t know ourselves, we are not specific about what we want. We run a race that we see other people running. If we can’t match up with that race, it makes feel stressed.

  4. Step 2 - Do a realistic check about your goals & ambitions- Find out your goals & ambitions and start working on them. If you find yourself in need of any support while doing this -   get a counselor or a life coach. Get help from them and find out your goals. This will help you understand that your work actually isn’t that stressful.

  5. Step 3 - Get into the habit of planning and managing your day - Don’t just ramble away your life. Start using planners for your days, weeks, months, etc. Make your everyday to-do list, sticky-notes, write down important tasks on white board. Whenever something comes in your mind just jot it down. Such measures make your mind less-occupied.

  6. Step 4 - Plan Breaks for yourself - Get rejuvenation for yourself. Get some life in your routine by doing something different than regular. So that you will be able to keep on putting best efforts into your work and other personal & social priorities.

  7. Step 5 - Find time for people you love - Spread love by taking out time for it and for your loved ones. Spend time with people who make you feel loved.

  8. Add these mentioned things in your life. Keep taking out time for them in regular intervals. You will experience amazing improvement in your output and stress level would lower down remarkably. If needed support, work with counselor.
