Introduction • P3 Project is a construction and engineering company which is involved in the power plants, oil & gas, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry. • It’s a spin-off company conceived from its former allied company P3 Construction Engineering Pte Ltd • P3 Project was formed on 18 July 2011 but commenced operation only on Nov 1, 2011. Within a year of operation, P3 Project not only clinched a major project in Tuas Power but achieved presence to be a recognized resident contractor at the 2 big pharmaceutical clients in Singapore.

  10. Achievement • We have just turn 2 year old on Nov 1, 2013, but have achieved a remarkable turnover of S$ 7 million within the infancy year. • Our workforce grew from a mere 20 to 101 people • We have achieved Biz Safe Level 3 recently •  .

Safety • The top management and its entire manpower strength are commitment to Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) and Quality, which is the pillar of the success of executing our jobs with no incidences, violation or loss time injury. • Being a new company, we have put in placed all necessary precautionary measures through sharing of the policies and implementing it. • We have just obtained the BizSafe Level 3 and we will not stop here. The Top Management and all staff are currently working together to achieve the following: • BIZ SAFE LEVEL 4 Estimated by Mid of 2013 • BIZ SAFE STAR Estimated by End of 2013 • ISO 9001 Estimated by Mid of 2014

Future Management Plan • Turnover ~ to achieved by an increase of 150% based on the following forecast estimation: • Daily Maintenance ~ $1.5 million • Shutdown Maintenance ~ $1.0 million • Project 1 ~ $2.5 million • Project 2 ~ $1.0 million • Adhoc ~ $1.0 million • Manpower ~ to increase by 100%. Government policies took a dramatic change recently and we forecast tougher rules are ahead beyond 2014 • Joint Venture ~ On-going collaborative efforts are in-progress • Acquisition ~ We are in talks to acquire another matured engineering company giving us backdoor entry to many plants •  .
