This K-Metron is a precision measurement system designed to measure mould wall thickness between 0mm to 30mm where accessible. • The K-Metron is an easy to use device which requires no preparation. The K-Metron even measures total thickness of multi-layered parts irrespective of material type i.e. foam, PE etc. • Level of cure and bubble content does not affect the measurement as with ultrasonic gauges. • Both sides of the product can be measured where access is achieved. All non- magnetic Materials can be measured with the K-Metron including: • Plastics of any density or composition • Multi-layer products • Foamed materials • Laminates • Fibreglass • Carbon composites • Glass • Aluminium • Brass and copper

With particular value to rotomoulders this highly versatile system is a superior and cost effective alternative to many other measurement methods.
