Recent Industrialization has a provided employment to a vast number of people of the region. Jamshedpur city is an important manufacturing destination for engineering products. Many major cities providing employment opportunities are Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur and Ranchi. Some vital skill sets required for upcoming jobs of today’s time are- 1. Image Ready Jobs Image Ready by Adobe is a graphic editor that is used along with Photoshop for web Development. A candidate should have a creative mind along with technical skills like- • Dream weaver, Flash MX, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Corel Draw and Image Ready. • Role is of a web Designer • Industry – IT software • Candidate should be able to create Flash Animations and Flash Presentation with ease. 2.
