  1. Anixter Why I chose to work for Anixter and why you may want to work with our team

  2. You.. Get the Anixter family: warehouse, Outside Rep, manufacturers, the managers, credit department and more. I have faith in each of the sales reps here. I would not only refer clients to any of our Sales Reps, I would trust each one with my accounts and would spend time outside work with them just because I enjoy their company (except Dan Loutan).

  3. Family (longest slide) ;) Families compromise, because they care for each others well being, they watch out for each other. Anixter does the same with it’s customers. Furthermore, the better our clients do the better we do. However, we are taught, and I believe, that our success is secondary to our clients. First and foremost, we are here to help people grow their businesses and if we can help in the right ways it grows our business. Sometimes it may be in the customers best interest not to go with Anixter depending on their differentiating needs for projects. Or, at times Anixter may be a partial or secondary distributor, and that is completely fine as well. Reaching a compromise after evaluating situations in a round about way is one of the highlights of Anixter. This is possible because, as parents educate their children and then hope their child uses their knowledge for good and to achieve independence and happiness, Anixter educates and supports their employees and then, in a way, lets them run their own business through Anixter. Hence, Anixter employees have the freedom and flexibility to reach specified compromises with clients, yet find a standardized balance to promote consistency and develop a relationship based on honesty and trust.

  4. Education We are regularly learning about new and existing products and services. We work with educated individuals and expect them to know what they’re doing so they can expect, and deserve, the same from their distributors.

  6. Value added • Depending on the needs of our clients there are different Value Added services Anixter can provide. For instance, one can save internal costs when using Anixter Ready Service to provide kitting and labeling of materials. Anixter can also provide material management (hold product in our large warehouse until ready for use at site) to ensure that all materials arrive for on time installations. These are a few examples of our Added Services. • Also Anixter does, to length cutting, Barrel Packing, Dyeing, hot stamp, SpeedPull, UV printing, striping, twisting.

  7. New Generation Hippies Anixter is LEED silver certified. No national company has yet achieved gold. Our facilities and operations are green.
