  1. Horticultural Cultivation in Polyhouse Saveer Biotech Limited, established in the year 1978, is the topmost Agri Biotech Company in India. It is a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, which is acknowledged by the Ministry of Science and Technology Department of the Government of India. The organization mainly works towards providing its customers with options like engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and management of the projects. They have various chambers and compartments such as Mist Chamber, V-Type Nursery, Tissue Culture Labs, Plants Growth Chamber, Rain Shelter, Center of Excellence in Horticulture, Orchidarium etc., which help in elevating the productivity and quality of the concerned reaping.

The Centre of Excellence for Horticulture in Saveer is mainly built for cultivation of fruits, vegetables and flowers in various states of the country as per the directions and the guidance by the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation and Horticultural Division. The major components which are used in this centre are as follows:- A high-tech green house setup A naturally ventilated compartment Nethouses Low tunnel polyhouse Support System for fruits like kiwi, grapes etc Creation of irrigation facilities Overhead drip irrigation system Mini-sprinklers for irrigation nursery plants Sterilization system Tissue culture unit  They have a proper arrangement for capsicum cultivation and gerbera cultivation in polyhouse. Growing gerbera is not simply a child’s play. It requires a lot of research and hard work. Disinfection of the soil is very necessary before starting the gerbera cultivation over it. A subsequent process of adding various pesticides and insecticides and covering the soil with plastics is then incorporated. This is followed by watering the field thoroughly to drain off the chemicals, after which the gerbera seeds are being planted and nurtured. Drip irrigation is regarded as the best form of irrigation for gerbera cultivation. Capsicum cultivation in polyhouseis undertaken with an interesting approach too. It is basically a winter crop which doesn’t require a temperature of more than 30

  3. degree celsius. Therefore, it is grown in a controlled and administered set up using various hybrids and wider adaptability, so that they can come up with the best of results. One more variety of cultivation that Saveer looks after is the carnation cultivation in polyhouse. The carnation flower has different varieties which are called as Loris, Palpukko, Master, Ambrose, Liberty etc., and most of them are cultivated in the poly house of Saveer.
