Finastra Game Changer Program • Summary • The Game Changer program is a client reference program designed to identify and encourage our clients to serve as references for the Finastra solutions they use. • When you join Game Changer, you are offering to share your experience with peer clients. • There are many ways you can participate in the program, including being a sales reference and participating in marketing activities. • Your participation earns points that you can redeem to pay Finastra invoices. • You can select which type of reference activity you are comfortable providing. • There is no contract; the program is entirely voluntary. Finastra Game Changer • Respond in a timely manner to reference requests. • Be willing to receive regular reference request emails from Finastra. • Complete Finastra Game Changer surveys that help us understand how you’re using our products and how satisfied you are with them. • What is expected of me? Once registered for the program, the only expectations are that you:

12. Finastra game changer • Finastra will award Game Changer points every time you speak with a client or prospect that Finastra has directed to your team. Although sales reference activities are a big part of the program, members also have the opportunity to partner with Finastra on joint marketing efforts. • You’ll receive points every time you participate in any designated marketing activities. These activities also help you gain recognition as an innovative, insightful leader in the financial services industry. • How am I rewarded?

13. Finastra Game Changer • Each point in the program is worth $100. • These points can be used to pay any Finastra invoice for software, training or an event. • You can redeem these points at any time by emailing us at:DL-References@finastra.com. • How am I rewarded?
