The Defense Medical Materiel Program Office (DMMPO) focuses on optimizing clinical and logistics policy across the military services. Our mission is to advocate for standardized medical supplies, ensure interoperability of medical capabilities, and streamline the acquisition and management of medical materiel. We support various stakeholders by coordinating information, monitoring material safety, and facilitating operational testing. Key projects include the Joint-Service Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) and collaboration with the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System to enhance feedback and improve training on medical equipment.
