Uurtariefberekening Totale werkgeverslasten: Brutojaarloon + Vakantiegelduitkering + Eindejaarsuitkering + Wettelijke componenten (ZVW, WW, WAO, WIA, WGA) + Overige componenten (werkgeversgedeelte van bijvoorbeeld de Ouderdoms-, Arbeidsongeschiktheids- of Invaliditeitspensioen)(Deze componenten dienen conform CAO te zijn en dienen verplicht voor alle medewerkers te gelden)

  4. Uurtariefberekening Werkbare uren: Totaal aantal uren conform contract -/- Verlof -/- Leeftijdsgebonden verlof conform de CAO (indien van toepassing) -/- Seniorenverlof conform de CAO (indien van toepassing) -/- Overig verlof conform de CAO (indien van toepassing) -/- Feestdagen conform de CAO

  5. Uurtariefberekening Totale werkgeverslasten -------------------------------- = Uurtarief Werkbare uren Onderbouwing: CAO/ Arbeidsovereenkomsten Verzamelloonstaten per medewerker

  6. Uurtariefberekening Eind juli publiceert het Agentschap SZW een hulpmiddel voor de berekening van de uurtarieven
