  3. Where will we gather in 2014?

  4. What did we ask for?

  5. We wanted a meeting space and rooms under one roof. We wanted convenient travel. We wanted affordable rooms. We had preferred dates. We wanted enough space for us to all be together.

  6. Some places required use of separate convention center; some did not have dates available; some said our event was too large; some were not conveniently accessible; some had guest rooms that were too expensive.

  7. Facilities not under one roof Houston , Texas San Antonio, Texas Cleveland, Ohio Cincinnati, Ohio

  8. Dates not available Denver, Colorado Chicago, Illinois Indianapolis, Indiana San Antonio, Texas St. Louis, Missouri Dallas, Texas Las Vegas, Nevada

  9. Event too large Minneapolis, Minnesota Overland Park, Kansas

  10. Concerns over flight accessibility Greensboro, North Carolina

  11. Rooms too expensive Indianapolis, Indiana Grapevine, Texas

  12. Where can we go?

  13. What location has affordable rooms, meeting space under the same roof, family attractions, convenient airport connections, can handle an event the size of the Quadrennial, and has the dates available?

  14. What city has ambassadors trained to provide tourists with information and assistance, or to escort them to their parking garage?

  15. What city has many historical locations to visit and witness?

  16. What city has a thriving cultural district?

  17. What city has lots of shopping opportunities?

  18. Where can we meet in a plenary hall that has a wall of windows?

  19. What city can be reached by 80% of the U.S. population by a two-hour flight?

  20. What city is fit for a King?

  21. What city has plans to spend more than $7 Billion ($7,000,000,000) in the next four years on new attractions?
