Hazing vs. bullying • Bullying involves acts of physical, emotional or social behavior that are intentional, controlling and hurtful based on power imbalance between bully and target. • Hazing is a term used to describe various ritual and other activities involving harassments, abuse or humiliation used as a way of initiating a person into a group.

  6. Indiana Code INDIANA CODE 35-42-2-2 Sec. 2. (a) As used in this section, "hazing" means forcing or requiring another person:         (1) with or without the consent of the other person;        (2) as a condition of association with a group or organization;to perform an act that creates a substantial risk of bodily injury. B misdemeanor to C felony
