Journey of an Italian Sculptor— Marino Marini

The Italian expressionist artist Marino Marini was born on February 27, 1901, in the Tuscan town called Pistoia. He began his artistic journey as he started attending the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence in the year 1917. He explored art through various means and mediums. Soon he took to sculptures, though he actually never abandoned painting. Marini devoted his creative spirit primarily to his artistic practice of sculpting since around 1922.
