Blair is the owner of Coach Blair’s Voice & Performance Studio, since May 2016. An article was published in Carmel Monthly emphasizing Blair as a great vocal coach. He has been preparing his student, Taylor Bickett for the most challenging role of Christine at his studio in downtown Carmel. On meeting with Blair, she started with little competitions and started being involved with the middle school musical exploring varied music styles and growing exponentially. When she found about the Phantom, which was going to be held in Carmel in classical style, Blair helped her to increase her range with a lot of hard work and by pushing her out of the comfort zone.
