The Metrics of Happiness: If so far you do not feel that you have been incredibly happy, you should start to carry a notebook with "The metric of happiness". What do I mean? Basically with each activity, whether work, study, hobby, an outing with friends, spending time with family, etc... You write down 1 to 10 how happy you feel performing that in your life. How would you feel if for the rest of your life you had to carry out that activity, every single day? Then, 1 describes an activity you do not want to do again , not today, not even tomorrow.
