While a number of us think we practice well, we generally overlook the little things that may harm our practice. There are so numerous things to think about and pay attention to while entering and remaining in an asana (a yoga posture), that those little angles and corners are not getting the ideal attention. This habit of ours, which is more typical than we want to think, reasons for illness and unneeded pain. From bone discomfort to muscle contractions, through headache and tiredness, and even nausea. Taking the wrong posture in the incorrect method is harmful.
