In case of opening petrol pumps for rural area and the application is filed under open category then the applicant should be minimum 10 2 passed. c) For starting a petrol pump in rural area minimum investment required is 12 Lakhs and for starting regular petrol pump minimum investment should be ₹ 25 Lakhs. d) All applicants must possess suitable piece of land in the area mentioned in advertisement.
