Government Code 2254 – Professional And Consulting Services “Professional services” means services, within the scope of the practice as defined by state law, of:Accounting * ArchitectureLandscape Architecture * Land Surveying Medicine Optometry * Professional Engineering Real Estate Appraising, or Professional Nursing
